01Introduction

Booking In Peace ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our booking management platform and any associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

Account information: name, email address, and password when you register as a studio owner or administrator.
Studio configuration: studio name, class types, pricing, session schedules, and any content you upload to configure your booking page.
Student booking data: names, email addresses, and phone numbers of students who book through your studio's booking page.
Payment records: booking amounts, payment status, and bank transfer references. We do not store full bank account numbers or card details.
Usage data: pages visited, features used, login timestamps, and browser/device information collected automatically.
Communications: messages you send to our support team.

03How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the Service, including processing bookings and sending booking confirmations.
To authenticate your account and keep it secure.
To send transactional notifications such as booking confirmations, cancellations, and payment reminders.
To generate reports and analytics visible only to the studio owner or administrators of that studio.
To respond to your support requests and improve the Service.
To comply with legal obligations applicable in Vietnam and other jurisdictions where we operate.

04How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information in the following limited circumstances: • Service providers: We use third-party infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements. • Studio relationship: Student booking data is shared with the studio whose booking page was used. Studio owners are responsible for how they handle student data on their end. • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by Vietnamese law, court order, or government authority. • Business transfers: If Booking In Peace is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

05Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Service may not function correctly.

06Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Booking records are retained for 3 years to support reporting and dispute resolution. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

07Your Rights

Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: You may update or correct inaccurate information through your account settings or by contacting us.
Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements.

The Service is intended for business use by studio owners and adult students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
